Regular Papers: Prospective authors should submit their full-length papers (6-8 pages) to the symposium using web: http://isict.ieee-ims.org/ on-line submission process.
Special Sessions: Special sessions consisting of five full-length papers at least and presenting a unified theme are welcome. Prospective organizers should prepare a proposal according to the guidelines of IEEE and directly submit the proposal to the Organizing committee.
