Short Biography
Changsheng Li received the B.Sc. degree in physics from Beijing Normal University, Beijing, China, in 1990, the M. Eng. degree in electrical engineering from North China Electric Power University, Baoding, China, in 1997, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic information engineering from Gunma University, Kiryu, Japan, in 2003. He was a Post-Doctoral Fellow with Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, from 2003 to 2004. His research interests include optical sensing and measurement technology, polarization optics, crystal optics, physical optics, and optical devices. He is a senior member of the IEEE, the SPIE, and the OPTICA.
