Short Biography
Li Yan obtained the Bachelor's degree in Measurement Technology and Instrumentation from Yanshan University in 2000, and the Master's degree in Testing Measurement and Instrumentation from the same university in 2003, and the Ph.D. in Precision Instrument and Mechanics from Beihang University in 2008.
Since 2008, she has been a faculty member at the School of Instrument Science and Opto-Electronics Engineering, Beihang University. Her research focuses on fiber optic sensing technology, optical fiber sources, and fiber amplifier technology. She has published over 10 research papers and applied for 5 patents. As a master's supervisor, she has graduated 15 students.
