Jiang Jie, a professor at the School of Instrumentation Science and Optoelectronic Engineering, Beihang University, is a doctoral supervisor. From 1991 to 2002, she completed his undergraduate, doctoral, and postdoctoral research at Tianjin University. She primarily engages in research on celestial sensor technology, machine vision, and embedded real-time image processing technology. Her major academic contribution lies in breaking the technological blockade imposed by foreign countries, successfully developing a series of miniaturized, high-precision, and high-dynamic star sensors, which have been successfully applied to multiple satellites. As a project leader, she has been responsible for over 20 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the National High-Tech Research and Development Program (863 Program). She has published over 180 articles, including more than 80 papers indexed by SCI. She has applied for over 60 invention patents and has been granted 59 invention patents, including 6 US invention patents. She has received one first prize of the National Technological Invention Award (ranked second) and one second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked third). She has also been supported by the Ministry of Education's New Century Excellent Talents in University program and the Youth Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Aeronautical Society. In 2013 and 2017, she was selected for the Excellent Youth Fund of the NSFC and the Distinguished Youth Fund of the NSFC, respectively. In 2019, she was selected as a national leading talent.
