Short Biography

Li Wei, male, was born in March 1966, Hanyuan County, Sichuan Province, a researcher-level senior engineer, and received his PhD in physics and electronics in 2002. Enjoy the government allowance of the State. He is mainly engaged in laser technology, quantum sensing technology, microwave technology and plasma technology. He has presided over and participated in more than 40 scientific research projects (more than 200 million yuan), published more than 70 articles, and awarded 42 national defense invention patents, among which 33 ranked first and 9 ranked second. He has won 11 prizes of Ministry-level scientific and technological progress awards. In July 2015, he was appointed as an expert of the Technical Committee on Standardization of Optical Materials and Components. In July 2019, he was employed as an expert of ISO TC172 / SC3-WG 01 (Optical and Photonics / Optical Materials and Components / Optical Glass). Editorial board member of The Acta Armamentarii. Professor of Agreement, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. In November 2024, he was hired as a science popularization expert in China
