According to the requirements of the Notice on Recommending Excellent Fresh Undergraduate Graduates to be exempted from examination for Postgraduate Study in 2024 and the Measures for the Administration of Recommending Excellent fresh Undergraduate Graduates to be Exempted from Examination for Postgraduate Study by Beiaeronautics University and other documents, combined with the disciplinary characteristics of our Institute, we have formulated the measures for the administration of recommending excellent fresh undergraduate graduates to be exempted from examination for postgraduate study. The details are as follows:
1. Organization and management
The School has set up a leading group for the selection of exempted students to study and approve the management methods for exempted students, the allocation plan for exempted students, the list of proposed exempted students and other important issues, which will be organized and implemented after deliberation and approval by the Party and government joint meeting of the school. The members of the leading group of the removal work are as follows

Deputy Team leaders: Zhang Jingjuan, Jin Xin
Members: Dean, Secretary of each department (institute), Deputy Director of undergraduate teaching of each department (institute)
2. Recommendation and evaluation system
(一) Recommendation principles:
1. Adhere to the comprehensive measurement of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, beauty and labor, take morality as the first, and take the ideological and moral assessment of students as an important content of the selection and the important basis for admission;
2, the undergraduate academic performance as the most basic selection indicators, no longer organize the selection of written tests, interviews, etc.;
3. The ranking is based on academic achievement and the comprehensive assessment results of all-round development and value orientation, and comprehensively evaluates the performance of students in all aspects;
4, fully protect the students to apply for independent examination, do not apply for the unit as the selection of exempt students.
(二) Eligibility for exemption
1、Basic conditions
(1) Graduates of the year;
(2) All-round moral, intellectual and physical development, good health;
(3) Excellent academic performance. If a student fails a required course within three years, the weighted average score must be within the top 10% of the major; Students with outstanding academic performance who have failed physical education need to submit a written application;
(4) Passed the National English Test Band 4;
(5) Those who fail to pass the ideological and moral assessment will not be recommended and admitted;
(6) Those who joined the army or practiced in international organizations during the school period and achieved good results enjoy appropriate bonus treatment;
(7) Guarantee the authenticity of the materials provided. If the materials are false, the qualification for promotion will be cancelled.
2. Comprehensive evaluation score calculation system
Composition of students' comprehensive score: Students' comprehensive score = students' final score in the first three years of study (excluding general courses, interschool public elective courses, innovation and entrepreneurship practice BCXCYSJ00, scientific research classes) weighted average score *95%+ comprehensive assessment score *5%.
Among them, the scoring criteria of comprehensive assessment results are mainly composed of scores of scientific and technological innovation, discipline competition, social work, moral education, sports and literary activities, etc., as well as penalty points. The original total score is obtained by adding (subtracting) each part, and is converted into the final comprehensive score by 5% (i.e., the full score is 5 points). The detailed rules for comprehensive evaluation shall be carried out in accordance with the Regulations on Comprehensive Evaluation of Undergraduate Students of the School of Instrument Science and Optoelectronic Engineering (2023 version)(Trial).
3.Deferment-exemption procedure
1. The leading group of the College's promotion and exemption work is fully responsible for the implementation of the specific promotion and exemption work, and ensures that all methods, standards, procedures and results are open and fair;
2. The academic results of the students participating in the selection process in the first three years (excluding general courses, inter-university public elective courses, innovation and entrepreneurship practice BCXCYSJ00, and scientific research classes) are derived by the undergraduate educational administration department of the college through the integrated educational administration management system. The student work department of the College shall calculate the comprehensive assessment results according to the Comprehensive Assessment Regulations for Undergraduate Students of the College of Instrument Science and Optoelectronic Engineering (2023 version)(Trial) and publicize them for at least 3 days;
3. According to the academic performance and comprehensive assessment results, the comprehensive scores of students are calculated and sorted, and the list of exempted students proposed by the college in 2024 is calculated according to the quota allocation plan.
4.disclose information
The Management Measures for Recommending Outstanding Fresh Undergraduate Graduates of the College of Instrument Science and Optoelectronic Engineering to study for Graduate Students without Examination (2024 version) before September 21, the list of 2024 proposed exempted students submitted to the school's Academic Affairs Office will be publicized in the publicity area of the school's Academic Affairs Office website and the school's official website before September 22 (the publicity time is not less than 10 days).
