It has achieved a number of significant achievements in Quantum precision measurement and sensing technology and instruments, Inertial technology and integrated navigation, Optoelectronic dynamic precision measurement technology and instruments, Advanced detection and imaging technology and instruments, Optoelectronic sensing measurement and intelligent systems, New medical equipment and imaging, etc. Since 2006, it has presided over 16 national level scientific and technological achievement awards, among which it won the first prize of national technology invention for two consecutive years in 2007 and 2008.
At the same time, a major scientific and technological infrastructure called "Ultra High Sensitivity and Extremely Weak Magnetic Field and Inertial Measurement Device" is being constructed, which will create the world's only, , and largest "zero magnetic" space with highest performance, providing an environment and measurement method for extreme weak magnetism, leading the development of the following field: ultra high sensitivity and extremely weak magnetic field measurement, high-precision atomic gyroscope inertial measurement and measurement devices, and cardiovascular magnetic imaging.
